Fee and Pricing Schedule

Effective as of June 16, 2026.

This Fee and Pricing Schedule describes Vibetrade fees for the Vibetrade app, website, and related software services. This schedule does not describe fees charged by third-party brokers, exchanges, clearing firms, payment processors, app stores, banks, or tax authorities.

Vibetrade Subscription Fees

Vibetrade may offer free and paid plans. Paid plan availability, features, billing period, trial eligibility, and price are shown before purchase in the app, on the website, or in the applicable app store purchase sheet.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout:

• Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• You may cancel future renewals through the platform where you purchased the subscription.
• Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund fees already paid.
• Taxes may be added where required by law.

Broker, Market, and Trading Fees

Vibetrade is not a broker-dealer, exchange, clearing firm, or investment adviser. Brokerage accounts, order execution, clearing, margin, securities lending, regulatory fees, exchange fees, transfer fees, and other trading-related charges are governed by your broker and other third parties.

Before connecting or trading through a broker, review that broker's customer agreement, fee schedule, margin disclosures, order routing disclosures, and other account documents. Your broker may charge fees even when Vibetrade does not.

Payment Processing and App Store Fees

If you purchase through Apple, Google, Stripe, or another payment processor, your payment may be subject to that provider's terms, billing controls, taxes, refund process, and currency conversion rules. Vibetrade does not control third-party payment processing fees or app-store policies.

Changes to Pricing

We may change plan pricing or available features from time to time. When required, we will provide notice before a pricing change affects an existing paid subscription. Continued use after the effective date of a pricing change means you accept the updated pricing for future billing periods.

No Investment Fees or Advice

Vibetrade does not charge advisory fees, performance fees, brokerage commissions, or asset-based management fees. Vibetrade provides software tools for market analysis, screening, strategy creation, and trading automation. Vibetrade does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
